About the role
- Manage traffic fines: record and track traffic penalty entries
- Coordinate vehicle pool scheduling and controls
- Monitor driver's license (points) and expiration dates
- Support and control vehicle servicing and maintenance schedules
- Manage and monitor insurance policies
- Allocate and apportion expenses for reporting to Controllership, HR, Finance, and Accounting
- Support and control claims (accidents) for employees and third parties
- Maintain and update dashboards
- Prepare monthly trip and route displacement reports
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a higher education program
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Experience in the area is a plus
- Familiarity with fleet management software and telematics is a plus
