About the role
- Provide customer support, ensuring prompt and effective assistance for requests related to orders, exchanges, returns, and general inquiries
- Develop knowledge of the processes and systems involved in the post-purchase journey
- Provide customer support via chat, phone, email, and ticketing systems to resolve inquiries and issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor and handle outstanding issues, chargebacks, and refunds/reversals
- Liaise with Customer Service (SAC), logistics, transportation, finance, and tax teams
- Log and categorize interactions in systems to maintain history and facilitate future communications
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service
- Experience using ticketing systems or e-commerce platforms
- Familiarity with exchanges and returns processes and order tracking
- Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented profile
