About the role

  • Provide customer support, ensuring prompt and effective assistance for requests related to orders, exchanges, returns, and general inquiries
  • Develop knowledge of the processes and systems involved in the post-purchase journey
  • Provide customer support via chat, phone, email, and ticketing systems to resolve inquiries and issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and handle outstanding issues, chargebacks, and refunds/reversals
  • Liaise with Customer Service (SAC), logistics, transportation, finance, and tax teams
  • Log and categorize interactions in systems to maintain history and facilitate future communications

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Experience using ticketing systems or e-commerce platforms
  • Familiarity with exchanges and returns processes and order tracking
  • Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented profile
