About the role
- Develop end-to-end applications using PHP (8.x) and React, ensuring integration with APIs and corporate systems.
- Ensure robust architecture and performance by applying best practices and automated testing.
- Implement complex integrations with CRM, ERP and external platforms.
- Tackle scalability and security challenges, applying OWASP standards and best practices.
- Monitor performance and propose continuous improvements.
- Lead technical decisions and provide guidance/mentorship to the team.
- Document solutions and processes to ensure traceability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (SCRUM), collaborating with analysts for incremental deliveries.
- Responsible for deploying updates to staging and production environments, performing initial test validations to ensure stability and quality.
- Explore AI solutions to automate development tasks, analyze data and generate insights to support strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of PHP, React, software architecture and security.
- English and Spanish are desirable.
