About the role
- Manage the client portfolio, providing consultative and personalized service
- Prospect new clients and strengthen relationships with existing customers, aiming for loyalty and growth of the customer base
- Plan and execute commercial strategies to increase sales performance
- Conduct negotiations, process orders, and manage outstanding commercial issues
- Identify and propose the best solutions according to customer needs
- Handle both outbound and inbound customer service, oversee the entire sales process, and ensure effective follow-up.
Requirements
- High school diploma required (college/university degree is a plus)
- Experience in sales/commercial roles, preferably with inside sales of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Strong communication skills, proactivity, and negotiation ability
