About the role
- Telephone and counter support/advice for our customers in retail, trades and industry
- Promotion and implementation of our Sonepar-specific sales concepts
- Targeted marketing of lot sales and organization of order fairs
- Order entry, quotation preparation and follow-up
- Close collaboration with field sales, technical field service, e-business and key account teams
- New customer acquisition and data maintenance in the CRM system
Requirements
- Electrical or commercial vocational training in wholesale and foreign trade, or qualification as a technician or master electrician
- Several years of sales experience with electrotechnical products
- Extensive technical and industry knowledge in electrical engineering as well as practical commercial skills
- Enthusiasm and affinity for solution-oriented sales of electrotechnical products and services
- High degree of customer orientation, assertiveness and decision-making ability
- Confident handling of MS Office products, in particular Outlook, Word and Excel
