Accountant

• Coordinate North Coast Electric contract review process (customers contracts and vendors contracts) to ensure the defined governance is implemented.
• You will be in relation with SUSA legal department, as well as North Coast Electric sales and purchasing teams.
• Collect all the documents necessary for the review, initiate the review, and approval workflow.
• Communicate with all stakeholders on red flags identified and progress status.
• Identify any opportunity for improvement in the process.
• Track all outside legal expenses by main topic / project to ensure transparent, accurate and timely accounting (in coordination with SUSA legal department).
• Concur champion for both Expense and Request modules (Travel & entertainment tool), review transactions selected for audit and QCR.
• Produce regular reporting for managers, and ad-hoc analysis including comparison with Budgeted Travel & Entertainment expenses.
• Train and guide users within Concur modules.
• Other duties as assigned
