About the role
- Contribute to the creation and management of sales playbooks, guides, and best practices
- Assist in developing, updating, and organizing sales resources
- Regularly review sales analytics and provide recommendations
- Analyze sales data to identify key areas for improvement
- Support onboarding for new sales representatives
- Complete a summer capstone project presenting to Sonepar leaders
Requirements
- Rising Junior/Senior currently enrolled at a 4-year university majoring in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- GPA: 3.2 or higher
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Great work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work independently
