About the role
- Central point of contact for the Supply Chain on all IT topics in collaboration with the internal IT company (Sonepar Deutschland Information Services GmbH) and external IT service providers
- Design, establishment and conduct of regular and ad-hoc meetings / communication of the Supply Chain division with stakeholders from the internal and external IT organization
- Capture, assessment, processing and coordination of optimizations, bug fixes and functional enhancements of the IT applications used in the Supply Chain in cooperation with IT
- Increase the quality of requirements and implementation when adapting IT systems and functions in the Supply Chain
- Preparation of recommendations for action and work instructions
- Identification of CRM potentials and development of concrete solution approaches as well as support during implementation
- Identification of improvement potentials / best practices in business processes
- Development, planning and coordination of measures for a sustainable, optimized collaboration between departments
- Evaluation of new technologies and best practices to sustainably increase efficiency and quality in the Supply Chain
- Support in planning and implementing IT projects to ensure logistical constraints are considered and thus improve implementation quality
Requirements
- Training or further education in the field of Supply Chain or IT, alternatively a business/technical degree
- Solid understanding of Supply Chain processes and their integration into IT systems
- Practical experience with applications from Inconso, Körber, Infios SCE/WMS/TMS would be helpful, possibly SAP
