About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive Cybit’s growth by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities within mid-market and enterprise space
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and build long‑term relationships
  • Expand Cybit’s customer base and build long‑term partnerships
  • Manage the end‑to‑end sales experience
  • Own new business acquisition within an assigned market

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Solid experience in identifying, progressing, and closing new business opportunities
  • Ability to build and maintain long‑term, strategic customer relationships
  • Experience managing the full end‑to‑end sales cycle
  • A track record of building and sustaining a healthy sales pipeline against targets
  • Excellent presentation and proposal‑development skills
  • Confidence working collaboratively with marketing to support lead generation
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, including effective account management
  • Experience maintaining accurate sales data and activity within a CRM system
  • Ability to work with external partners and suppliers to support customer solutions
