About the role

  • Provide technical support and maintenance to IT business users, systems, hardware, and applications as part of the End User Support team.
  • Ensure incidents and service requests are resolved efficiently and professionally in line with service level commitments.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain clear communication via telephone and written channels.
  • Work independently and collaboratively within the team, following defined processes and escalation procedures.
  • Work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, based from the Newcastle office.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience; with a passion for providing an excellent customer experience.
  • Passionate about technology; basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and network technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills including a great telephone manner and strong written skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • IT certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+) are a bonus.
