About the role
- Provide technical support and maintenance to IT business users, systems, hardware, and applications as part of the End User Support team.
- Ensure incidents and service requests are resolved efficiently and professionally in line with service level commitments.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain clear communication via telephone and written channels.
- Work independently and collaboratively within the team, following defined processes and escalation procedures.
- Work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, based from the Newcastle office.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience; with a passion for providing an excellent customer experience.
- Passionate about technology; basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and network technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills including a great telephone manner and strong written skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- IT certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+) are a bonus.
