About the role

  • Close collaboration with the DACH sales and marketing team in planning and preparing customer meetings, sales rounds, and marketing activities
  • Interface management and coordinated collaboration with KAM (Key Account Management), Sales, Marketing, CRM, Compliance, and Logistics
  • Support for marketing and sales activities for customers as required
  • Operational support for the DACH team to ensure the smooth execution of all relevant processes
  • Independent responsibility for sales-supporting projects
  • Assistance in organizing and executing B2B and B2C trade shows
  • Contribution to the implementation of annual retail marketing plans and support for POS implementations
  • Monitoring of POS materials in retail (inventory analysis, identification of update needs, quality assurance)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business-related field or equivalent commercial/vocational training
  • Strong organizational skills and a structured, reliable work approach
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive, motivating, and dynamic mindset
  • High initiative and a structured, independent working style
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
