About the role
- Support and train Store Management Teams to ensure a premium consumer experience by overseeing front-of-house and shop floor activities
- Coach Store Management to implement efficient and standardized back-of-house processes and procedures
- Assist leadership in motivating and engaging store teams to deliver excellent customer experiences and foster community growth
- Support Deputy Store Managers in building a productive, service-oriented, and inclusive team culture
- Collaborate with global teams, including Marketing, DTC, and Omnichannel Sales & Operations, to maintain alignment and consistent execution
Requirements
- Relevant education in sales, retail, or a commercial field (completed apprenticeship or equivalent)
- Proven sales experience in luxury, premium retail, or the juvenile industry
- Experience in delivering or supporting training and coaching for store teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Czech and English
- Passion for design, fashion, and premium brands
- Customer-focused, hands-on, and flexible approach to work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with POS systems
