About the role
- Provide excellent levels of consumer satisfaction through premium brand experience
- Continuously contribute to increase store performance
- Collaborate productively and respectfully with team members to meet and exceed store goals
- Offer premium after-sales and additional retail services as well as process returns and exchanges to adhere to cash and profit protection
- Proactively engage with clients to build and maintain store community
- Support maintenance of a premium easy-to-shop environment for consumers and comply with store policies and procedures and security standards
- Execute the daily operational, day-to-day goals and priorities assigned by store management
- Identify improvement opportunities and communicate suggestions to store management to drive sales and achieve store KPI targets
- Support Store Management in ensuring excellent stock and cash management
Requirements
- Sales experience in luxury, premium retail or juvenile industry
- Relevant education at minimum completed apprenticeship in sales, commercial or similar
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English, both verbal and written
- Passion and interest in design & fashion
- Energetic and positive attitude
- Flexibility, strong customer focus, hands-on mentality
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours according to the needs of business
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office & affinity in the usage of POS system
