About the role
- Responsible for benefits management
- Ensure clear specification of benefits and outcomes
- Build and maintain close relationships with stakeholders across the company
- Lead solution design and evaluation within a complex SAP landscape
- Assess the risks of different solution options
- Present proposed solutions and scope to IT leadership and service providers
- Ensure compliance with solution governance and architecture standards
- Enforce IT processes and policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, Science, or a related field
- Extensive experience in SAP consulting, an internal SAP competency center, or a comparable non‑SAP enterprise software environment
- Deep knowledge of end‑to‑end sales processes and Order‑to‑Cash (OTC)
- Solid experience in Logistics Execution (LE)
- Proven hands‑on experience with SAP implementations, enhancements, rollouts, and operations
- Experience in global template design, rollout execution, and governance models
- Demonstrated ability to integrate SAP with non‑SAP sales, CRM, and B2B platforms
- Practical experience working with non‑SAP sales or B2B commerce applications
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Fluent business English required; German language skills advantageous
