About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain training materials including presentations, guides, exercises, labs, and assessments.
- Update existing curricula to reflect evolving technologies, procedures, and organizational requirements.
- Align training content with policies, standards, frameworks, or operational workflows.
- Tailor training materials to different audiences (technical staff, analysts, leaders, end users).
- Deliver instructor-led training, workshops, and briefings (in-person and virtual.)
- Facilitate hands-on labs, tabletop exercises, or scenario-based training.
- Support onboarding and recurring training programs.
- Ensure training sessions are engaging, accurate, and outcome-focused.
- Support training schedules, attendance tracking, and completion records.
- Coordinate with SMEs, engineers, and leadership to ensure content accuracy.
- Gather feedback and metrics to assess training effectiveness.
- Assist with logistics for exercises, drills, and workshops.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend content or delivery improvements.
- Stay current with industry trends, threats, tools, and best practices relevant to the training domain.
- Contribute to lessons-learned and after-action reviews.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–5 years of experience in training, education, cybersecurity, IT, or a related technical field.
- Experience delivering instructor-led or structured technical training.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, learnable content.
- Experience developing training materials or instructional content.
