About the role

  • Responsibility for the strategic development, hardening, and stable operation of the Microsoft Entra ID environment.
  • Ensure technically sound and regulatory-compliant implementation of IAM requirements and cloud security standards.
  • Establish, monitor, and continuously improve well-documented IAM processes.
  • Advise and support company-wide projects on integrating applications into Entra ID and existing IAM structures.
  • Work closely with adjacent IAM disciplines and actively transfer knowledge within the team.
  • Independently support internal and external audits in the IAM domain.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience in the cyber security field (engineering or architecture), ideally in a regulated environment.
  • Solid, practical knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and a deep understanding of modern IAM concepts.
  • Strategic mindset and the ability to sustainably evolve products, platforms, or security services.
  • Very good German and English skills (at least C1).
