About the role

  • Responsibility for the strategic development, securing, and stable operation of the Microsoft Entra ID environment
  • Ensuring a technically sound and regulatorily compliant implementation of IAM requirements and cloud security standards
  • Establishing, monitoring, and continuously improving auditable IAM processes
  • Advising and supporting company-wide projects on the integration of applications into Entra ID and existing IAM structures
  • Close collaboration with adjacent IAM disciplines and active knowledge transfer within the team
  • Independently supporting internal and external audits in the IAM domain

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in the cyber security field (engineering or architecture), ideally in a regulated environment
  • Solid, hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and a deep understanding of modern IAM concepts
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to sustainably develop products, platforms, or security services
  • Very good German and English skills (at least C1)
