About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the planning, delivery and optimisation of CyberOne's events programme and social presence
  • Manage the annual and rolling events calendar across all event types
  • Build and execute multi-channel promotional campaigns for each event
  • Work with speakers and subject matter experts to develop agendas and presentation content
  • Manage all logistics for physical events
  • Ensure post-event follow-up is coordinated with Sales
  • Develop the content calendar for CyberOne's LinkedIn presence
  • Manage the capture and production of thought leadership video content

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2 to 4 years' experience in a B2B events/webinars, marketing or communications role, with a demonstrable track record of owning events end to end.
  • Hands-on HubSpot experience: email campaigns, landing pages, forms and reporting
  • Strong project management skills: comfortable running multiple events simultaneously, managing suppliers, timelines and budgets.
  • Excellent written communication: able to write event copy, speaker briefs, email sequences and social content that reflects the CyberOne brand, whilst ensuring clear internal communications.
  • Social media management experience, with a specific focus on LinkedIn in a B2B context.
  • Video production skills: comfortable coordinating recordings, editing footage and producing polished assets using tools such as Canva and Riverside.
