About the role
- Lead efforts in Mountain West region (CO, UT, WY, MT & ID) driving to new business acquisition
- Work collaboratively with support and leadership teams maximizing revenue in the Mountain West and Southwest regions
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to expand our channel network
- Develop and execute a partner recruitment plan within your specific region
- Support existing partner activities region
- Leverage Partner Development resources to align comprehensive training and enablement programs
- Collaborate with the channel and marketing teams to share partner feedback on collateral and marketing campaigns
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience leveraging channel sales and partner management
- Proven track record in attaining quota in new business roles
- Strong understanding of the MDR market, cybersecurity industry and emerging technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners
- Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools.
