About the role

  • Serve as the primary IT contact for the GTM teams (Sales, Marketing Partnerships) regarding their systems, tools, and access.
  • Systems Management & Optimization: Serve as the dedicated business owner and subject-matter expert for key sales tools, managing our end-to-end roadmap, rolling out new features, and driving ongoing optimization efforts.
  • Oversee user provisioning, permissions, system access, role management and deactivation/termination procedures for GTM tools in alignment with overall IT and security policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to Salesforce objects, workflows, automation (flows, validation rules), reports, dashboards, data integrity and integrations.
  • Partner with Sales Operations and Marketing Operations to optimize system workflows, identify process improvements, automate tasks, and surface insights from data.
  • Measure the productivity impacts, improvements and other key metrics changes as a result of the implementation of new processes and technologies
  • Collaborate with IT, Security, Data Governance, and Business Operations to ensure compliance with data access policies, system reliability, and vendor/contract management for GTM-systems.
  • Operational & Process Design: Define, document, and communicate how frontline teams use our systems to drive efficiency and consistency.
  • The analyst will identify system gaps and recommend continuous improvements to our processes and tools, ensuring they enable scalable execution.
  • Data Integrity & Accuracy: Take ownership of key data flows, maintain hierarchies, and ensure data accuracy across systems.
  • This includes building and maintaining reporting to validate data integrity and serving as a reliable resource for troubleshooting data-related issues.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a Sales / Revenue operations, IT, or Business Systems role supporting CRM and GTM-platforms.
  • Proven Technical proficiency in Salesforce administration including: user management, object configuration, workflows/flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and data management.
  • A proven ability to translate complex business problems into scalable, system-driven solutions. You must be able to analyze data and provide actionable, data-driven insights.
  • Experience supporting common GTM-software ecosystems (for example: prospecting/enrichment tools, outreach/engagement platforms, marketing automation systems, analytics tools) in addition to CRM.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, paired with a customer service mindset to support non-technical users in GTM functions.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, work cross-functionally, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities; able to engage with both technical teams (IT, Security, Data) and non-technical stakeholders ( GTM - Sales, Marketing etc.)
  • Familiarity with data privacy, access control, SaaS-tool governance, and identity/access management practices.
