About the role

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of enterprise and mid-market account executives — including hiring, onboarding, goal-setting, and performance management.
  • Own regional sales strategy and execution: manage pipeline, forecasting, territory planning, and quota alignment across the Southeast.
  • Drive a channel-first go-to-market model — partnering with strategic resellers such as GuidePoint, ePlus, SHI, CDW, and other key partners to expand reach and accelerate deal velocity.
  • Collaborate with field marketing to plan and execute regional events, campaigns, and partner activations that generate qualified pipeline and increase brand visibility.
  • Engage directly in strategic deals to support sellers through complex enterprise cycles and technical evaluations (non–managed service motions).
  • Deliver accurate and actionable reporting to leadership — including forecasts, dashboards, and executive-level business readouts.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering to ensure alignment on messaging, enablement, and customer outcomes.
  • Plan for scale: define coverage models, headcount strategy, and hiring priorities as Cyberhaven continues to expand.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience managing a sales team (enterprise and mid-market) in the cybersecurity space.
  • Background in data protection technologies such as DLP, DSPM, or similar
  • Proven track record in channel-first enterprise sales, working with partners like GuidePoint, ePlus, SHI, CDW, and other large resellers.
  • Skilled in navigating complex enterprise sales cycles that require technical POCs and multi-stakeholder engagement.
  • Comfortable collaborating with field marketing to execute regional programs that drive demand and pipeline.
  • Strong capability in forecasting, reporting, and executive-level communication, including QBRs and business reviews.
  • Experienced in high-growth, scaling environments — adept at building structure, managing transitions, and expanding coverage models.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills; able to motivate and hold high-performing teams accountable.
  • Familiar with Salesforce and enterprise sales methodologies like MEDDPICC or Challenger.
  • Willingness to travel 20–30% across the Southeast for customer meetings, field events, and partner engagements.
Benefits
  • Cyberhaven is committed to creating a diverse environment and is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.
