Lead a small, highly skilled team of OT Security Engineers
Promote knowledge transfer, skills development and service quality
Analyze, assess and implement security solutions in industrial control and production environments
Conduct risk assessments in ICS/SCADA networks and identify potential vulnerabilities
Develop and implement security strategies in accordance with IEC 62443, ISO 27001 and BSI IT-Grundschutz
Plan and deploy firewalls, IDS/IPS systems, network segmentation and monitoring solutions
Support security incidents, including forensics and recovery measures
Plan, integrate and maintain modern OT security platforms (e.g. Rhebo, Nozomi Networks, Dragos, Claroty)

Requirements

Degree in IT security, engineering, automation engineering or equivalent qualification
Several years of experience in OT security, ICS/SCADA environments or industrial network security
Solid knowledge of industrial standards and protocols (Modbus, OPC UA, Profibus)
Experience with networking, vulnerability management, firewall administration, threat detection & response
Leadership experience and the ability to lead a team strategically and technically
Analytical, solution-oriented working style and clear communication in German and English.
