Security Engineer

• Lead a small, highly skilled team of OT Security Engineers
• Promote knowledge transfer, skills development and service quality
• Analyze, assess and implement security solutions in industrial control and production environments
• Conduct risk assessments in ICS/SCADA networks and identify potential vulnerabilities
• Develop and implement security strategies in accordance with IEC 62443, ISO 27001 and BSI IT-Grundschutz
• Plan and deploy firewalls, IDS/IPS systems, network segmentation and monitoring solutions
• Support security incidents, including forensics and recovery measures
• Plan, integrate and maintain modern OT security platforms (e.g. Rhebo, Nozomi Networks, Dragos, Claroty)
