About the role
- Technical and organizational leadership of the EDR/XDR team within the SOC
- Development and implementation of the roadmap for EDR/XDR systems
- Act as interface between customers, internal departments and the team
- Prioritize and coordinate ongoing tasks and projects
- Optimize rule sets, data analysis and automation processes
- Provide technical support for escalations and security-critical incidents
Requirements
- Experience leading teams or projects in an IT environment
- Degree in Computer Science, IT Security or equivalent qualification
- Solid knowledge of EDR/XDR technologies and their configuration
- Strong analytical and communication skills in German and English
- Hands-on mentality and willingness to be operationally involved
