• Support the CERT /Sales team with reviewing insurance policies and assisting with claims assessments.
• Contribute to breach response efforts by managing the immediate impact of a security incident.
• Analyze claims and provide recommendations for resolution.
• Collaborate with vendors, including breach counsel and coverage counsel.
• Maintain accurate and timely file documentation in our claims /CRM system.
• Develop and strengthen insurance and legal relationships globally.
• Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key insurance partners.
