About the role

Develop and deploy AI-powered tools to automate customer support and improve efficiency
Build and implement end-to-end AI solutions using Python, focusing on LLMs, agentic systems and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
Write, test and refine sophisticated prompts for various state-of-the-art LLMs to invoke desired behaviour and ensure system correctness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure large scale process optimization
Ensure robust stability and reliability in all implemented solutions
Track emerging technologies and industry trends to keep solutions current
Build end-to-end AI solutions from proof of concept to scalable product
Implement AI-based solutions across CyberCare processes to improve customer support for 170+ countries

Strong proficiency in Python (experience in RESTful API development would be an advantage)
Experience in evaluating Gen AI/NLP systems
Proficiency with LLMs and RAG systems
Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques, track record of writing effective prompts
Good understanding in SQL
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools like Git, Jira, and Docker
Strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional attention to detail
Independence and problem ownership
Basic understanding of Linux
Experience with agentic systems would be a strong advantage
