Requirements
6+ years of experience in Value Consulting, Value Engineering, Value Management Office (VMO) in a SaaS environment.
10+ years of experience in Value Engineering, Value Consulting, Sales Consulting, Customer Success, Business Consulting, Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy or Financial Analysis.
Experience building or growing a Value Consulting function from early stages.
Strong preference for candidates with experience in UCaaS, CCaaS, Telecom, CX or related industries.
Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills (ROI, TCO, cost-benefit analysis).
Ability to extract and interpret customer data to create compelling business cases.
A background in crafting and delivering compelling presentations and business case artifacts.
Strong Executive presence.
Experience collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams in a SaaS company.
Familiarity with CRM and analytics tools (Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, Looker, etc).
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
A self-starter who takes initiative, is creative, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
