About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop and maintain scalable and secure .NET APIs.
Build intuitive and responsive front-end tools using Angular.
Integrate with third-party APIs and systems to enhance application functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently.
Take ownership of projects, working independently to deliver high-quality solutions.
Learn and adapt quickly to new technologies, tools and software as required.
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the IT department’s technology roadmap.
Document technical designs, processes and user guides as needed.
Occasionally manage small projects as a technical lead.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand project requirements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience (5+ years)
Minimum 3 years of experience in software development
Strong knowledge of relational databases, preferably MSSQL (T-SQL) and/or Oracle (PL/SQL)
Proficiency in developing RESTful .NET APIs
Hands-on experience with Angular for building front-end user interfaces
Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and the Document Object Model (DOM)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
High degree of self-motivation, attention to detail, and commitment to quality
Understanding of software development security principles and best practices
Willingness and ability to learn new programming languages, tools, and techniques
