About the role

  • Build a Revenue Operations function from scratch at a fast-growing SaaS company, shaping strategy and owning systems.
  • Develop and maintain revenue forecasting models, quota planning, and territory assignments.
  • Create revenue reporting and dashboards for executive leadership and analyze revenue trends.
  • Design and implement lead-to-cash processes, stage exit criteria, and handoff protocols across teams.
  • Own and optimize HubSpot CRM, evaluate and integrate new tools, and manage data flows across systems.
  • Implement data governance standards, resolve discrepancies, and create automated reporting and analytics.
  • Align sales, marketing, and customer success around revenue goals and lead cross-functional projects.
  • Design lead scoring models, analyze sales performance, and optimize marketing-to-sales handoffs.
  • Lead strategic projects, pilot AI/ML applications, and support M&A activities with data analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in RevOps or Sales Ops.
  • Experience in SaaS software companies.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Excel, Google Sheets, and general office suite tools.
