About the role

  • Join a dynamic, fast-paced environment and work closely with teams based in Singapore
  • Support the Customer Success Manager to execute training projects for luxury brand clients from start to finish
  • Report to Senior Customer Success Manager and assist in managing global training projects
  • Support managing training projects and preparing clients’ training presentations
  • Attend clients’ meetings and maintain strong communication with consultants and trainers
  • Gather and tidy up proof of performance (photos/screenshots) from trainers for invoicing
  • Ensure trainers submit invoices or expenses via system or email on time and review invoice details
  • Update training link excel with details and conduct data analysis on training quiz scores and evaluations
  • Support trainers and consultants through training execution

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to converse in Mandarin is key
  • Strong communicator with multi-tasking skills
  • Meticulous with details and follow up
  • Have a desire to learn account management and project management skills
  • Proficiency and or strong particularly in powerpoint, excel, outlook
  • Singaporean or having the rights to work in Singapore
