About the role
- Join a dynamic, fast-paced environment and work closely with teams based in Singapore
- Support the Customer Success Manager to execute training projects for luxury brand clients from start to finish
- Report to Senior Customer Success Manager and assist in managing global training projects
- Support managing training projects and preparing clients’ training presentations
- Attend clients’ meetings and maintain strong communication with consultants and trainers
- Gather and tidy up proof of performance (photos/screenshots) from trainers for invoicing
- Ensure trainers submit invoices or expenses via system or email on time and review invoice details
- Update training link excel with details and conduct data analysis on training quiz scores and evaluations
- Support trainers and consultants through training execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to converse in Mandarin is key
- Strong communicator with multi-tasking skills
- Meticulous with details and follow up
- Have a desire to learn account management and project management skills
- Proficiency and or strong particularly in powerpoint, excel, outlook
- Singaporean or having the rights to work in Singapore
