About the role
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions on .NET Core
- Refactor and optimize legacy codebases for maintainability and performance
- Conduct code reviews and enforce clean architecture principles
- Stay directly involved in development from design to deployment
- Monitor and optimize cloud resources using Azure DevOps
- Analyze logs, troubleshoot issues, and propose corrective solutions
- Implement automated monitoring and alerting strategies
- Apply and maintain security patches, upgrades, and fixes
- Define and enforce secure coding practices across the team
- Anticipate and mitigate emerging security threats
- Optimize SQL and NoSQL databases for performance and scalability
- Design and manage ETL pipelines with strong data handling expertise
- Implement and tune Elasticsearch for search and analytics
- Develop and support real-time dashboards for operational insights
- Act as the go-to technical expert for complex problems and mentor developers
- Provide strategic guidance while remaining hands-on in delivery and evaluate new tools and technology trends
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in .NET Core development with architecture-level responsibility
- Proven experience in cloud environments (Azure DevOps preferred)
- Strong hands-on knowledge of application security, compliance, and patching
- Expertise in database design and performance tuning (SQL & NoSQL)
- Experience with ETL, data integration, Elasticsearch, and real-time systems
- Familiarity with network and system fundamentals
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and passion for hands-on coding
