About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage project-wise budgets and financial planning
Monitor revenue, operational expenses, and profitability
Prepare and maintain monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements
Track project financial performance and budget utilization
Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and financial summaries for leadership
Coordinate with project teams to ensure financial discipline
Support forecasting, annual budgeting, and business planning
Identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve profitability
Maintain accurate financial documentation and audit readiness

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
Freshers are welcome
Candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience may also apply
Basic understanding of business finance and project accounting
Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage but not mandatory
Exposure to Power BI, Zoho Analytics, or financial dashboards is a plus
Interest in AI-powered finance and business automation
