About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct user research, usability studies, surveys, and contextual research.
- Design intuitive user flows and information architecture, creating wireframes and prototypes.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation across platforms.
- Design for screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice interaction, and assistive technologies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, participating in sprint planning and design reviews.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–7 years of experience in UI/UX design for mobile and web applications.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating accessibility, user-centered design, and end-to-end product design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (Expert), FigJam, Adobe XD (Preferred), Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Miro, and Zeplin (Preferred).
- Experience with WCAG 2.2 AA compliance and accessible design practices.
- Strong empathy for diverse user groups and passion for accessibility, inclusion, and ethical design.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
