About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct user research, usability studies, surveys, and contextual research.
Design intuitive user flows and information architecture, creating wireframes and prototypes.
Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation across platforms.
Design for screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice interaction, and assistive technologies.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, participating in sprint planning and design reviews.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–7 years of experience in UI/UX design for mobile and web applications.
Proven portfolio demonstrating accessibility, user-centered design, and end-to-end product design.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (Expert), FigJam, Adobe XD (Preferred), Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Miro, and Zeplin (Preferred).
Experience with WCAG 2.2 AA compliance and accessible design practices.
Strong empathy for diverse user groups and passion for accessibility, inclusion, and ethical design.
Proficiency in English is mandatory.
