About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones for US and China teams
Manage candidate communications and keep the pipeline moving
Post and update job listings across LinkedIn, Workable, Indeed, and other platforms
Maintain and update the ATS and candidate tracker in Notion
Support sourcing efforts through LinkedIn Recruiter, outreach, and referrals
Draft offer letters, schedule onboarding, and handle HR administration
Work closely with the HR Manager on recruiting strategy and process improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor degree in Human Resource, business administration or similar major
Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Mandarin (required)
Comfortable working across time zones and with async communication
Experience with ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar platforms
Move fast and stay calm when priorities shift
Previous experience in recruiting coordination or HR support (nice to have)
Familiarity with Shopify ecosystem or SaaS companies (nice to have)
Experience with Notion, Workable, or similar tools (nice to have)
Remote to hybrid, base location in Cary, NC
