- Designs, develops, and implements digital solutions and systems by applying advanced technical expertise
- Leverage programming skills to design and implement efficient and reliable digital solutions
- Writes code, develops software components, and implements functionalities according to project requirements
- Collaborates with the development team and other stakeholders to design and define the technical architecture and infrastructure required for the digital solutions
- Contributes to technical discussions, proposes design patterns, and makes architectural decisions to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability
- Tests own code and participates in the overall quality assurance process including unit tests, code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting
- Participates in agile or other development methodologies, attends meetings, and contributes to project planning and progress tracking
- Creates and maintains technical documentation, including system designs and specifications

Requirements
- 1-3 years work experience
- Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills
- Experience in Cobol, CICS, and Mainframe
- Exposure to various Database and File types (DB2, VSAM, IDMS)
- Work with mainframe tools (FIleaid, Xpediter)
- Education Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification
