About the role
- Provide issue root cause analysis and resolution for the Epic Ambulatory application
- Independently troubleshoot and restore routine and advanced technical service problems
- Proactively monitor and perform preventative maintenance
- Collaborate to identify root cause and escalate issues as necessary
- Respond, resolve, and document service tickets in a timely manner according to service level agreements
- Complete project tasks independently with little or no follow-up from Manager
Requirements
- Epic Ambulatory certification
- Minimum of 2 years of Epic Ambulatory experience
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Strong customer focus
- Experience with Service Now, and Rally or Jira (preferred)
