About the role

  • Provide issue root cause analysis and resolution for the Epic Ambulatory application
  • Independently troubleshoot and restore routine and advanced technical service problems
  • Proactively monitor and perform preventative maintenance
  • Collaborate to identify root cause and escalate issues as necessary
  • Respond, resolve, and document service tickets in a timely manner according to service level agreements
  • Complete project tasks independently with little or no follow-up from Manager

Requirements

  • Epic Ambulatory certification
  • Minimum of 2 years of Epic Ambulatory experience
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Strong customer focus
  • Experience with Service Now, and Rally or Jira (preferred)
