About the role
- Onboarding complex and customized new and/or existing clients joining CVS Caremark and/or strategic products
- End-to-end accountability for the overall implementation project
- Establish and manage client relationships during the onboarding process
- Development and management of overall project plans to drive project teams to specific milestones
- Risk assessment and mitigation
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high quality outcomes
- Mentor and help train other team members
- Support strategic initiatives for the organization or department
Requirements
- 5 + years of Project Management experience
- 5 + years of Microsoft Office Tools experience
- 5 + years of client facing experience.
- Future travel to client meetings or onsite training may be required – 10-25% depending on specific role
- PBM or Health Plan experience preferred
- Client implementation experience preferred
- Demonstrated use of Project Management tools preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication
