About the role

  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce-related projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce support, troubleshooting issues, implementing solutions, and supporting configuration, testing, and deployment of enhancements and integrations
  • Work closely with developers, administrators, and business stakeholders to ensure platform stability, performance, and alignment with user needs
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and automation within the Salesforce environment
  • Ensure adherence to data governance, security policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee annual payment processes, ensuring timely execution in accordance with contracts and budget guidelines
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including deliverables, deadlines, status reports, and stakeholder communications

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and operations, preferably within operations or Plan Sponsor Services
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and administration
  • Proven experience managing projects through the full lifecycle
  • Proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, and workflows
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
