About the role
- Lead the deployment of EHR functionality and capabilities that support the electronic exchange of clinical data
- Partner closely with providers, customers, internal stakeholders, and end users to ensure solutions meet business, clinical, and regulatory needs
- Shape business and go‑to‑market strategies, working with vendor and DDAT partners to deliver technical enablement across multiple EMR platforms
- Collaborate with Business, Clinical, Compliance, DDAT, Legal, and Vendor teams to deliver technologies and processes that advance our strategy for seamless clinical data exchange and meet all government requirements
- Build business cases and collaborate with DDAT Product Owners in PI planning and execution
- Drive DDAT prioritization and identify gaps and recommend enhancements related to new and/or existing products, services and workflows based on broad view of the industry
Requirements
- 7-10 years or more of healthcare experience
- At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Program Manager with a proven track record of managing complex projects
- Executive presentation skills and knowledge of PowerPoint
- Ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
