About the role
- Lead and coordinate large-scale programs that advance our data strategy for the data warehouse
- Orchestrate end-to-end execution across multiple workstreams—managing scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Ensure that engineering, analytics, and business priorities stay synchronized
- Work closely with data engineering, software engineering, business intelligence, and business stakeholders to translate ambiguous requirements into executable plans
- Surface and resolve cross-team dependencies and drive programs to predictable outcomes that support analytical and operational needs across the organization
Requirements

- Exceptional stakeholder management: influencing without direct authority, resolving conflicts across teams, and aligning priorities at multiple levels of the organization
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills; comfort running cross-functional forums (steer cos, working groups, dependency reviews)
- High curiosity and a drive to surface gaps, improve how we work, and challenge the status quo with practical, scalable approaches
- Ability to build a case with data (metrics, baselines, impact) and, when data is missing, to define what to measure and drive the work to obtain it
