Lead and coordinate large-scale programs that advance our data strategy for the data warehouse
Orchestrate end-to-end execution across multiple workstreams—managing scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies
Ensure that engineering, analytics, and business priorities stay synchronized
Work closely with data engineering, software engineering, business intelligence, and business stakeholders to translate ambiguous requirements into executable plans
Surface and resolve cross-team dependencies and drive programs to predictable outcomes that support analytical and operational needs across the organization

Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of professional experience, including 5+ years in technical program management (or equivalent: program/project management in highly technical, platform, or data environments)
Proven experience coordinating large-scale programs that span many teams, involve significant technical complexity, and require active management of dependencies, sequencing, and tradeoffs
Demonstrated success driving multi-quarter initiatives from discovery through delivery: roadmaps, milestones, RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), and executive-level reporting
Proficiency in SQL for querying, validation, and light analysis in support of program decisions and issue triage
Exceptional stakeholder management: influencing without direct authority, resolving conflicts across teams, and aligning priorities at multiple levels of the organization
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills; comfort running cross-functional forums (steer cos, working groups, dependency reviews)
High curiosity and a drive to surface gaps, improve how we work, and challenge the status quo with practical, scalable approaches
Ability to build a case with data (metrics, baselines, impact) and, when data is missing, to define what to measure and drive the work to obtain it
