About the role
- Serves as day-to-day contact for customers
- Supports customer-level questions and requests on enrollment
- Claims questions and escalated issues
- Onsite meetings and educational sessions with students
- Serves as a liaison between Aetna Student Health and the customer
Requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Regularly utilize and exhibit professional behavior
- Independently function and problem solve using critical thinking skills
- Exhibit and practice effective organizational skills
- Must be able to obtain an Accident & Health license within three months of employment
- Prefer client service experience in the health insurance field
- Student health experience is preferred
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
