About the role
- Develop and implement IT strategies that support the organization's objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to align technology initiatives with business goals.
- Lead and mentor IT teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of the organization's IT infrastructure.
- Establish and maintain relationships with technology vendors and service providers.
- Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for IT-related inquiries from other departments and stakeholders.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- 5+ years proven experience in IT management, with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies and tools.
