About the role

  • Coordinates and aligns activities across different operational teams to ensure smooth execution of daily operations.
  • Managing staffing levels, scheduling, and workload distribution to ensure adequate coverage and efficient resource utilization.
  • Analyzes workload patterns, forecasts resource needs, and makes recommendations for adjustments or enhancements.
  • Monitors operational performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identifies opportunities for process improvement through workflow analyses.
  • Addresses customer or client concerns, investigates operational incidents, and works with stakeholders to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Establishes and enforces compliance guidelines and quality control processes, including implementing quality assurance programs.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement process improvement initiatives and measure their impact.
  • Fosters a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovation, gathering feedback, and implementing initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years work experience
  • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
  • Adept at business intelligence
  • Adept at problem solving and decision making skills
  • Adept at collaboration and teamwork
  • Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
  • Post secondary /high school education or specialized training, i.e., technical/vocational programs.
