About the role

Manage a team of District Asset Protection Leaders (DAPLs)
Provide oversight to enterprise Asset Protection objectives and programs to ensure compliance.
Hiring, training, and developing a best-in-class Asset Protection team.
Forge strong business partnerships with Regional Directors of Operations.
Analyze market trends to create market-specific shrink mitigation tactics.
Monitor the execution of Asset Protection strategies and key performance indicators.
Report to the Divisional Asset Protection Director.

7+ years of experience in retail asset protection/loss prevention management
2+ years of experience with multiple store responsibility
2+ years experience managing, coaching and developing of staff
Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% of the time
Must possess a valid and current driver’s license
Must possess personal vehicle which company deems reasonably reliable and is appropriately insured.
LP Qualified (LPQ) or LP Certified (LPC) certifications preferred.
