About the role

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, differentiated marketing strategy that supports the distinct business objectives of aligned segment P&Ls including CVS Caremark, CVS Specialty, CVS Healthspire, and Wellpartner
  • Achieve revenue growth, financial goals, and transformational vision of the PBM and enterprise businesses
  • Establish integrated, cross-functional relationships across people, processes, technology, and key stakeholders—internal and external—to drive strategic alignment, prioritize investments, and execute core and growth initiatives
  • Attract and develop talent necessary to develop and execute our strategy capable of executing today while anticipating and leading the evolution into the future

Requirements

  • 20+ years in marketing or related fields
  • Transformational Leadership & Strategic Impact
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation, integrating bold vision with disciplined execution
  • Strong financial stewardship, including P&L ownership and budget optimization across CVS Caremark, CVS Specialty, CVS Healthspire, and Wellpartner
  • Deep understanding of the payor/PBM industry, competitive landscape, and evolving market dynamics
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience, including building high-performing teams and developing future-ready talent
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) required; Master’s Degree preferred
