Partner with product teams to understand feature value, success metrics, and leading indicators.
Translate the Portfolio value and success metrics into tag specification documents and ensure tags are ready for reporting.
Leverage analytics tools to collect and analyze data from websites, mobile apps, and other channels.
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the user experience and drive better member engagement.
Collaborate with partners to synthesize reporting and analysis to support product optimization.
Communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Conduct user journey analysis and evaluate website or mobile app usability.
Collaborate on data governance initiatives to ensure data accuracy.

Requirements

2+ years of experience working with product management team.
1 year of experience (course work or on the job) with Python or utilizing SQL to query databases.
1+ years with Adobe Analytics or any other similar tool.
2+ years curating analysis and building dashboards.
1+ years of experience identifying success metrics.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Medallia, or Quantum Metrics.
Working knowledge of problem solving and decision-making skills.
Experience with Safe/ agile delivery.
