About the role

  • Ensure product teams can measure the success of features through development of actionable reporting across the website and app.
  • Partner with product teams to understand feature value, success metrics, and leading indicators.
  • Translate the Portfolio value and success metrics into tag specification documents and ensure tags are ready for reporting.
  • Leverage analytics tools to collect and analyze data from websites, mobile apps, and other channels.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the user experience and drive better member engagement.
  • Collaborate with partners to synthesize reporting and analysis to support product optimization.
  • Communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Conduct user journey analysis and evaluate website or mobile app usability.
  • Collaborate on data governance initiatives to ensure data accuracy.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working with product management team.
  • 1 year of experience (course work or on the job) with Python or utilizing SQL to query databases.
  • 1+ years with Adobe Analytics or any other similar tool.
  • 2+ years curating analysis and building dashboards.
  • 1+ years of experience identifying success metrics.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Medallia, or Quantum Metrics.
  • Working knowledge of problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with Safe/ agile delivery.
