About the role
- Lead the development, configuration, integration, and operational support of ServiceNow IRM, GRC, and TPRM modules
- Collaborate with Risk and business stakeholders to refine and prioritize new demand
- Own the backlog and oversee the full development lifecycle for user stories
- Guide developers on platform standards and leading coding practices
- Stay current on ServiceNow release features; assess impact and review enablement plans with stakeholders
- Triage, investigate, and resolve issues in alignment with enterprise SLAs.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Proven experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager for ServiceNow IRM and/or TPRM
- Strong functional knowledge of ServiceNow IRM (Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Issues Management, Audit Management) and Third‑Party Risk workflows
- Hands‑on ability to translate risk, compliance, audit, security, and vendor risk requirements into epics, features, and user stories
- Close partnership with ServiceNow developers/architects on configuration decisions
- Familiarity with regulatory/risk frameworks that drive IRM/TPRM implementations (e.g., SOX, SOC, HIPAA, GDPR)
