About the role

  • Develop and execute national distribution strategies that accelerate growth across the Small Group and Individual lines of business
  • Manage key relationships with General Agencies (GAs), broker partners, and external distribution organizations to expand market reach, improve sales execution, and drive profitable membership growth
  • Serve as a strategic bridge between Sales Leadership, Product, Actuarial, Marketing and Operations to ensure alignment between enterprise priorities and field execution
  • Oversee distribution performance, support contract negotiations, drive incentive programs and identify new partnership opportunities that enhance competitiveness in the Dental & vision marketplace

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in distribution strategy, broker management, sales leadership, or healthcare/insurance partnerships
  • Demonstrated experience managing General Agency brokers, or third-party distribution relationships
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into growth strategies
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across Sales, Product, Actuarial, and Operations
  • Provider negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills
