About the role

  • Support CMS 1/3 Financial Audits
  • Coordinate and manage audit activities for health plan clients
  • Work with CMS auditors, health plans, internal teams, and legal partners to ensure audits are completed smoothly
  • Resolve audit exceptions—especially those related to rebates, DIR, and pharmacy contract testing
  • Identify process improvements to prevent future issues

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in audit, project management, or financial management
  • Strong understanding of pharmacy rebates
  • Curiosity and willingness to take on new challenges
  • Critical thinking with the ability to turn insights into action
  • Flexibility and comfort with change
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills across all leadership levels
  • Project management experience (preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio (preferred)
  • PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Manager) experience (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience
