About the role

  • Support the operations team with various operational processes, reporting, and project tasks across Commercial, Medicare Advantage, and Medicare Part D plans
  • Run reports for various stakeholders, including complying with contractual requirements for the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM), vendors and Clients
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across different departments, such as operations, finance, marketing, and IT, to gather information, understand business needs to drive alignment.
  • Document and develop action plans that aim to address business challenges
  • Document process and workflow improvements and maintain repository
  • Identify improvement opportunities by conducting complex and informative business and systems process analysis
  • Ability to learn new software tools and apply to improve efficiency
  • Support team members with project tasks on reporting and benefits implementation

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience analyzing data and creating reports.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with working knowledge of Formulas and Pivot Tables.
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Power Platform tools like Power Automate and Power Apps
  • Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification, or equivalent work experience.
